For a bug, include what happened, your device model, and your iOS and DayTrip versions. A screenshot can help—please hide any private booking details.

I’ve paid. How do I restore access?

Open DayTrip’s membership screen and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed into the Apple Account used to purchase DayTrip and have an internet connection. If access still doesn’t return, email me with a description of what you see.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DayTrip. You can manage or cancel your plan there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.

Can I request a refund?

Apple processes DayTrip purchases and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account, and follow the refund steps. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable consumer law.

Why isn’t my trip appearing on another device?

Check that both devices use the same Apple Account, that iCloud is enabled for DayTrip, and that both have an internet connection. Allow some time for syncing. Before reinstalling the app or removing iCloud data, contact me so we can avoid losing changes stored only on your device.

How do I manage my data or privacy choices?

You can edit and delete trip content in DayTrip, and manage location and tracking permissions in iOS Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details, or email hello@owedge.app with a privacy request.
